Consultation help

I'm unsure about one of the consultation questions, and don't know how to answer. What should I do?

If you are unsure about how to answer we recommend you speak to a medical professional about your low back pain to get their opinion before continuing. Unfortunately, we don't offer medical advice here at Backto.

I've made a mistake on one of my answers, can I change it?

It depends, if the mistake is on the question immediately before then one you are currently on then yes, just hit the yellow back button. If it is on a question you answered earlier in the consultation then you'll need to restart.

How do I restart my consultation?

If you would like to restart your consulation you'll need to click on the log-out option in the main menu.

Backto has halted my consultation due to an answer I gave, can I continue anyway?

If Backto has halted the consultation then the only way to continue is to change your answer, however, this should only be done if you have made a mistake. You can do this using the back button.

I've completed the consultation, but I'm still unsure on whether Backto is suitable for me. What should I do?

Whilst we have made every effort with the consultation to make it as helpful as possible, if you are still unsure then please speak to your doctor before using Backto.

Registration help

I've completed the consultation and registered my email, but when I click on the 'try for free' button I don't appear to be able to log-in, what should I do?

Once you've registered your email address you'll need to go to the 'sign-in' page in the main menu, rather than clicking on the try for free button'

I can't remember which email address I used to create my account, what should I do?

Apologies, there isn't an automated function to remind you of your email address at this time.

Existing client help

Can I get new exercises more frequently?

Not at this time, the system is set to deliver a new exercise every 24 hours and this cannot currently be changed.

I gave Backto the wrong feedback and now my exercises have changed, can I change them back?

Apologies, once you have given Backto your feedback it cannot be changed. However, you may find Backto will present the exercise again later on in your programme.
