Chairman
James Barnett
James is our company chairman and Backto's therapy expert. He has over 10 years' experience running his own business working as a manual therapist / movement coach, and for the last 8 years he has also run and owned his own complementary therapy centre.
He originally trained as a Clincial Sports and Remedial Massage Therapist and over this time he has developed a particular interest in how stress, lifestyle, posture and biomechanics can all influence pain. So all in all be warned, he's pretty boring to talk to at a party.
Techincal Director
Alex Knill
AK has over 30 years' experience working in the tech and engineering sector after completing his MEng at Imperial College. He's basically an all round tech guru, who doesn't even programme websites as his main job, nope he just does stuff like Backto for fun...because he can...Oh and when he's not doing that he precision machines metal on his lathe, because in his world hardware shops don't exist, so you can't buy nuts, bolts, washers and screws.

Alex Jenkins
AJ is our Marketing and Comms expert and has over 10 years' experience in running a digital membership service, providing intelligence on effective marketing to the world’s leading brands, including Nike, LVMH and many others. Therefore, he knows a lot about why a gorilla playing the drums to a Phil Collins song sells chocloate bars.
